Primaria Capitalei baga 5 milioane de euro in treceri de pietoni cu leduri

Pe carosabil sunt montate leduri de avertizare, iar indicatorul ‘trecere pietoni’ se aprinde si el. Sunt prevazute cu senzori de miscare, instalatia fiind alimentata de un panou solar. Pretul unei astfel de ‘zebre’ este enorm: 72.000 de euro, iar costul total al proiectului se ridica la aproape 5 milioane de euro. Ieftin, nu?
Firma Sea Estero Construct SRL a inceput amenajarea trecerilor de pietoni ‘inteligente’ din Bucuresti, licitatie care a castigat-o in vara anului trecut. Valoarea contractului este de 19,6 milioane lei, insa nu se stie exact cate treceri de pietoni vor fi securizate de actionarii italieni ai firmei.
Administratia Strazilor Bucuresti mizeaza pe aproximativ 70 de treceri de pietoni modernizate. Daca s-ar cheltui toti banii prevazuti pentru acest proiect, ar rezulta ca o ‘zebra’ inteligenta ar costa 72.000 euro.
Potrivit informatiilor furnizate de Administratia Strazilor Bucuresti, acordul cadrul a fost semnat la data de 03.07.2009 si are o valoare minima de 1.000.000 de lei si o valoare maxima de 15.680.000 de lei fara TVA.
Sursa de finantare o reprezinta bugetul Administratiei Strazilor, fiind alocati acestui proiect 19.680.000 de lei. Termenul de executie al lucrarilor este de un an.
Desi mai sunt doua luni si jumatate pana la incheierea contractului, Sea Estero construise pana la 1 aprilie doar cinci astfel de “zebre” inteligente.
In intervalul ramas pana la expirarea contractului, Alina Roman, directorul Administratiei Strazilor Bucuresti promitea intr-o declaratie de presa ca vor mai fi modernizate 64 de treceri de pietoni.
Chiar daca ar fi asa, pretul unei ‘zebre‘ construita de Primaria Capitalei din grija pentru siguranta pietonilor s-ar ridica la 72.000 euro.
Contractul de cinci milioane de euro a fost acordat firmei in conditiile in care a fost singurul ofertant.
In plus, Sea Estero a fost infiintata in aprilie 2009, iar patru luni mai tarziu a castigat licitatia organizata de Primaria Bucuresti.
Cum arata o asemenea trecere de pietoni la prima vedere, asa cum este cea din zona Unirii: pe carosabil s-au instalat led-uri de avertizare pentru soferi, semnale care atrag atentia ca cineva este angajat in traversare. Indicatorul “trecere pentru pietoni” se aprinde si el, in timp ce pe o consola sunt montati niste senzori de miscare iar pe o alta, panoul solar care alimenteaza instalatia.
