Plimbarile deputatilor cu avionul prin tara ne costa in 2011 peste 500.000 de euro, desi fiecare birou parlamentar are la dispozitie o masina, pentru deplasarile alesilor in teritoriu. Secretariatul General al Camerei Deputatilor a semnat un contract, fara licitatie, cu Tarom, care prevede asigurarea de servicii de transport aerian pe rutele interne, in schimbul a 2,770 milioane lei.
Camera Deputatilor va avea la dispozitie un buget de 2,770 milioane lei (peste 500.000 de euro) pentru “servicii de transport aerian, curse regulate pe toate rutele nationale interne pentru perioada 1 ianuarie 2011 – 31 decembrie 2011”, potrivit site-ului de licitatii publice.
Contractul a fost castigat de Tarom prin negociere directa, pe motiv ca “serviciile pot fi furnizate numai de un anumit ofertant, din motive tehnice”.
Criteriul de atribuire a acestor servicii pentru Tarom a fost “cel mai mic pret”. Bugetul integral al Camerei Deputatilor pe acest an este de 219, 473 milioane de lei.
In 2010, peste 35 de milioane de lei au fost cheltuiti de deputati pentru transport, cazare si convorbiri telefonice.
Pe luna, cazarea a costat 1,5 milioane de lei, in total – peste 15 milioane de lei. In acelasi timp, convorbirile telefonice au ajuns la 500.000 de lei.
