Presedintele CJ Arges, retinut de procurorii DNA

Presedintele Consiliului Judeţean Arges, social-democratul Constantin Nicolescu, a fost retinut, miercuri seara, de procurorii DNA), dupa patru ore de audieri, el fiind acuzat de fapte de coruptie in legatura alocarea cu unor fonduri catre Arhiepiscopia Argesului si Muscelului.
“Este vorba despre un dosar din anul 2009, din cate cunosc eu. In acest dosar s-au mai ridicat documente si s-au mai dat declaratii, dar acum s-a dispus o noua perchezitie. Eu nu gasesc o justificare, atata timp cat Consiliul Judetean (…) a pus la dispozitie toate actele solicitate. In acest moment nu cred ca se pot gasi alte documente. (…) Este vorba de alocarea unor fonduri catre Episcopie. (…) Nu as putea spune o suma in acest moment”, a declarat avocatul lui Nicolescu, Radu Rotaru.
Constantin Nicolescu a mai fost audiat de procurorii DNA in anul 2009, intr-un dosar referitor la o sponsorizare acordata de controversatul om de afaceri Cornel Penescu pentru o actiune caritabila organizata de CJ Arges.
Imediat in apararea presedintelui CJ Arges au sarit Arhiepiscopul Argesului si Muscelului, Inalt Prea Sfintitul Calinic si presedintele PSD, Victor Ponta.
Inalt Prea Sfintitul Calinic a declarat ca senatorul Mircea Andrei, liderul PDL Arges, s-ar putea afla in spatele anchetei declansate de procurorii DNA.
Arhiepiscopul a sustinut, in cadrul unei conferinte de presa desfasurate la Curtea de Arges, ca a primit amenintari din partea senatorului Andrei, dupa ce fostul vicar Nicolae Branzea, ruda cu acesta, a fost schimbat din functia de sef de catedra pe care o ocupa la Facultatea de Teologie a Universitatii Pitesti.
“Parintele Branzea a fost trimis acolo sa supravegheze atent tot ce se intampla, iar dumnealui a atribuit mai multe ore unor profesori care nu aveau nicio competenta. Cand am sesizat ca se incalca legea, i-am cerut sa refaca statul de functii, (…) dar a refuzat sa ne raspunda la aceasta solicitare si ulterior a fost inlaturat din functie. Nu a durat prea mult si am fost sunat de Mircea Andrei, care mi-a spus ca daca nu il pun pe varul lui acolo unde a fost, o sa inceapa un razboi”, a afirmat Calinic.
El a afirmat ca au urmat o serie de controale si amenzi la firmele detinute de Arhiepiscopie, controale care ar fi fost “dirijate”.
Inaltul ierarh a precizat ca au fost prezentate organelor de ancheta toate documentele solicitate in legatura cu fondurile primite de la CJ Arges, care au fost, in opinia sa, acordate si cheltuite corect.
“Este vorba de trei situatii cand am primit fonduri de la Consiliul Judetean Arges. Pentru toate acestea, am trimis documentele necesare, catre DNA si Garda Financiara. Avem acte doveditoare pentru fiecare situatie in parte. Nu am comis nicio neregula, toti banii au fost cheltuiti corect”, a precizat arhiepiscopul.

Deseori cand merg pe strada, ma confrunt cu injurii de genu: EMO , satanisto , moartea si tot asa .la scoala unii profesori s-au mai obisnuit cu mine dar colegele nu prea ma inteleg, probabil din cauza preferintelor mele oculte si psihologice. Ca adepta a rock-ului, fie goth, punk etc, ma imbrac si ma machiez conform stilului. Din cauza schimbarii de atitudine foarte lenta a societatii in care traim, noi suntem pt ei emo , ei nu stiu si de celelalte culturi si subculturi, ca pana la urma acestea sunt stiluri de viata si nu doar vestimentatie, ei nu stiu ca sufletul persoanei respective se masoara dincolo de aparente. La urma urmei suntem cu totii oameni si nu cred ca avem dreptul sa fim discriminati in halu’ asta. Se pare ca societatea noastra, ca deh! hai sa recunoastem, traim in Romania frate, e o societate plina de inculti, inapti si incapabili sa recunoasca ca le e frica si de propria umbra. E o societate in care se refuza dreptul la libera exprimare si totusi e democratie.Nu cer sa se schimbe brusc situatia, ci macar sa mai aplanam conflictele existente pt a putea convietui ca niste oameni, dar se pare ca uneori suntem tratati mai rau ca niste animale.Ia sa vedem, ce-or sa ne faca? ne vor omori pana la ultimul? Nu cred. Ceva se poate face dar trebuie sa ne unim. Numai asa ne putem impune punctul de vedere.
