Senatul a falsificat documente in procesul CNSAS vs Rodica Stanoiu

Acuze fara precedent intre doua institutii publice. CNSAS sustine ca Senatul a falsificat un document pentru a o scapa pe Rodica Stanoiu de verdictul de colaborare cu Securitatea. Este vorba despre o declaratie de avere, ce urma sa fie supusa unei expertize grafologice.
Dupa ce a primit verdictul de colaborarea cu Securitatea, Rodica Stanoiu a facut tot ce era posibil pentru anula acuzatiile si a dat CNSAS in judecata. Cum atentia presei centrale o deranja vizibil, Stanoiu a reusit sa mute procesul la Curtea de Apel Oradea. Magistratii Curtii de Apel au dispus efectuarea unie expertize grafologice, pentru a vedea daca notele transmise Securitatii de “Sanda” ii apartin lui Rodica Stanoiu. In acest sens, s-a cerut Senatului declaratia de avere intocmita de Stanoiu pe 9 ianuarie 2006. Cei de la Senat au remis o copie certificata, insa instanta a insistat sa fie trimis originalul. La termenul din 26 ianuarie 2011 al procesului, a venit si originalul, insa juristul de la CNSAS a sesizat ca originalul diferea de copia certificata, in sensul ca scrisul nu era acelasi, iar din original lipseau litere si cifre. Practic, originalul este un fals, cel banuit a fi autorul este secretarul general al Senatului Ion Moraru, fost senator PSD.
Acum, cei de la CNSAS se gandesc sa faca plangere penala impotriva Senatului.
Potrivit CNSAS, Rodica Stanoiu, fost ministru al Justitiei in cabinetul Nastase, intre anii 2000 si 2004, ar fi dat note informative, sub numele conspirativ “Sanda”, incepand cu anul 1983 pana in anul 1987.
CNSAS noteaza ca, in data de 30 noiembrie 1982, fosta Securitate a propus contactarea “in scopul exploatarii informative a lui Stanoiu Mihaela Rodica”, care, intre 1983 si 1985, ar fi furnizat informatii semnate cu numele “Sanda”, iar intre 1986 si 1987, ar fi semnat note informative sub numele conspirativ “Georgeta”.
Rodica Stanoiu a contestat, in anul 2007, decizia data de CNSAS, prin care arata ca aceasta ar fi facut politie politica.CNSAS a respins, pe 6 februarie 2007, contestatia depusa de Rodica Stanoiu, mentinand verdictul initial de politie politica in cazul ei. Stanoiu a primit primul verdict de politie politica pe 7 decembrie 2006, dupa ce Colegiul CNSAS a decis, urmare a unor expertize grafologice, ca ei ii apartineau notele informative semnate sub pseudonim “Sanda”.
